Responsibilities: Provide friendly and professional service to Red Card Club guests and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction
Requirements:
l? Bachelor degree or equivalent
l? Customer service experience preferred
l? Good Cantonese and/or Mandarin; languages of big provinces in China, English, Korean, Japanese, Spanish and French as advantage
l? Proficient in MS Office and typing skills (English and/ or Chinese)
l? Min Height 1.65 for Females

Job Description:
l? Provide service quality different Customer Service to attract customers return.
l? Assist manager to manage the entire team

l? Familiar with Microsoft office
l? Min three years the hotel or casino customer service experience
l? Able to communicate in both English and Chinese
