Responsible to assists in flawless preparation of all food in the assigned area.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide leadership to area of responsibility
• Ensures all food is prepared fresh and is of the highest quality
• Strictly adheres to all recipes, methods and instructions from supervisor
• Make the food requisition for the Teppaniaky station
• Continually trains, coaches, and recognizes team members to improve food quality and meet budget expectations while motivating team members
• Maintains an organized and efficient flow of production, with regards to changes in forecasts and menus
• Responsible for mise-en-place, and food service for production area
• Maintain USPH/FDA standards for outlet
• Inventory and ordering of all food items

Job Requirements

• 1+ years of teppanyaki experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Culinary School 2-4 year degree or foreign equivalency preferred;
• At least 3 years in A Hotel or Cruise ship Environment
• Solid knowledge of current food trends
• Strong knowledge of all basic Asian cooking techniques
• Ability to verbally explain processes of history, preparation, and cooking techniques to guests while cooking

Work Experience Requirements

All aplicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship or in a 4/5* Hotel.

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the English language is required

Salary : equivalent First Cook Japanese level first?

급여: ?USD3,000~3,500불 (인센티브 포함) : 8개월 계약 이후+2~3개월 무급 휴가 (계약기간은 짧아지거나 길어질 수 있습니다.)
