필리핀 마닐라 엔터테인먼트 시티에 위치하고 있는 5성급 리조트,호텔 카지노 호텔에서 중국어 구사 가능한 Butler(집사)를 모집합니다. 나이, 성별, 신장, 체중 등에 관여 없이 중국어(필수), 영어, 한국어 구사가 가능하고, 아래 조건을 충족시키는 인재들의 지원 기다리겠습니다.

 

 

Previous work experience as a butler would be a plus, but they will look  at anybody who has work experience in a 5-star environment (F&B, concierge, guest services) or Casino/VIP.

POSITION SUMMARY

Butlers are responsible in supervising the over-all chores in hotel. They observe the cleanliness, the food and drinks and all operation that involves service.

 (일반적으로 호텔에 Check-in 을 할 경우, 고객이 Front desk에서 체크인, 체크아웃을 진행하지만, Butler(집사) 포지션이 있는 5성급 서비스는 고객이 호텔에 들어서서 Butler에게 안내되어 지면, 고객은 소파에 앉아서 체크인을 하고, Butler가 직접 Room으로 안내하고 Room 내부 소개와 기기 사용방법, 호텔 시설 안내, 호텔에서 투숙하는 동안 개별적인 서비스를 제공하는 일을 하는 Personalized service 를 제공하게 됩니다. 각 층에 담당 Butler가 assign이 되어 있어, 언제나 고객의 needs에 답을 하는 최고급 서비스를 제공하는 호텔에서 대고객 서비스에서 가장 일선에서 중요한 일을 담당하는 포지션입니다)

 

 

Job Responsibilities

 

-Wears appropriate uniform as prescribed by company policy.·   

-Attends daily briefing before and after the shift.·        

-Provides personalized service to VIP guests in all aspect of the guest experience   

-Offers room service for the villas and suit rooms and other CIP / VIP guests   

-Creates in-villa/suite dining experienes   

-Provides personalized concierge service to the guest (bookings, reservations, etc)   

-Coordinates guest requests and requirments with all departments necessary   

-Remains on call at all times during duty hours/shift   

-Assists Housekeeping Attendant with room set up if necesarry.   

-Assists guest during check in and check out        

-Cleans and maintains the cleanliness of pantry and Service Area       

-Reports immediately to the supervisor any unusual happenings/incidents       

-Returns Master Key and Daily Worksheet and signs out on the Attendance Log       

-Performs other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.

 

 

Job Requirements         

 

-At least College level       

-Knowledgeable and proficient in all aspects of F&B and personal valet services       

-At least 3 years Five Star or Luxury Resort employment with Food & Beverage Services experience       

-Work experience as butler in Casino VIP or resort/hotel        

-Basic computer skills       

-Excellent customer service skills       

-Must have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts       

-Professional appearance and demeanor       

-Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays      

-Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese)

 

  

Compensation Package: ·         

- Min Salary PhP 40,000/month  (Approximately KRW 1,000,000) - 유경험자 급여 협상 가능   

- Free Accommodation (Studio Type, one person per room worth PhP20,000 est KRW 523,885)·        

- Free Air Ticket (two way)
