Human Resources Officer / Manager


  • 1 – 4 years experience managing a multi-state Admin. & HR department

  • Proficient at MS Office (especially Excel, Word & Power Point)

  • Working experience of payroll tax at federal, state and local levels

  • Ability to manage and lead staff to excellent performance

  • Must be highly organized

  • Prior system conversion experience

     

    Business Development – Manager  


  • Handle guest and agents inquiries (24 hours)

  • Handle guest and agent complains and resolve it to their satisfaction

  • Identify needs, develop materials and conduct department training

  • Ensure department system is updated accurately

  • Reports preparation

  • Staff Roster Planning

  • Assign and monitor on tasks delegated to staff

  • Assist Vice President to plan, execute, manage department operations to ensure its smooth running

     

    Business Development – Executive Assistant


  • Handle guest and agents inquiries (24 hours)

  • Maintain good relationship with guest and agents through regular contact

  • Maintain long term partnership with guest and agents

  • Develop relationship with potential / new guest and agents and introduce Business Development services

  • Identify opportunities to increase guest and agent rolling

  • Assist guest and agents with booking requirements

     

    Driver

  • Responsible for the safe operation and transport of limousines

  • Assists guests promptly and courteously with transportation services

  • Presents a clean, neat and well-groomed appearance

  • Must possess a valid driving license as well as good driving record

     

    Guest Service officer

  • Sustain daily operation smoothly and provide good quality customer service

  • Handling guest enquire, reservation, and limo service arrangement

  • Maintain a friendly, professional and pleasant image to customer

     


    Overseas Marketing Development - Executive

    Job Responsibilities:


  • Handle guest and agents overseas entertainment inquiries (24 hours)
  • Manage and organize all the booking and entertainment services for the guest
  • Maintain good relationship with guest and agents through regular contact
  • Collate guest and agent gaming statistics and reports to Business development colleagues
  • Assist and coordinate overseas travel matters of the company’s shareholders


Requirements


  • Demonstrated abilities in building strong professional relationships and establishing suitable supporting networks
  • Excellent and professional verbal and written communications in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Possess excellent organizational skills to manage several tasks at once, meticulous in details
  • Diploma / Degree holder in Hospitality / Casino / Guest Services or related disciplines
