Human Resources Officer / Manager ( Manila Based)

  • 1 – 4 years experience managing a multi-state Admin. & HR department

  • Proficient at MS Office (especially Excel, Word & Power Point)

  • Working experience of payroll tax at federal, state and local levels

  • Ability to manage and lead staff to excellent performance

  • Must be highly organized

  • Prior system conversion experience

     

    Business Development – Executive Assistant ( Manila Based)

  • Handle guest and agents inquiries (24 hours)

  • Maintain good relationship with guest and agents through regular contact

  • Maintain long term partnership with guest and agents

  • Develop relationship with potential / new guest and agents and introduce Business Development services

  • Identify opportunities to increase guest and agent rolling

  • Assist guest and agents with booking requirements

     

    Cage Cashier( Manila Based) & ( Korea Based)

  • Exchanging gaming chip

  • Count and report transactions

  • Report routine tasks & information to supervisors and co-workers

  • Provide assistance to supervisor on daily duties

  • Presentable, polite and self-motivated

  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

     

    VIP Club Host( Manila Based)

  • Provide excellent service to guest

  • Satisfied guests expectation as required

  • Assist guests with reservations (hotel room, limo service)

  • Presentable, cheerful and with good smile

  • Excellent and professional communication skills
